Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FieldPilot, a product of NexStride LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FieldPilot.
Service description
FieldPilot is a trip planning and field sales tool for B2B sales professionals. The service analyzes calendar data, CRM records, prospect databases, and location data you connect or upload to generate route suggestions and multi-day trip plans. You are responsible for how you act on suggestions and for verifying their accuracy. FieldPilot does not guarantee increased revenue, closed deals, or any particular business outcome.
AI-powered features
FieldPilot uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate multi-day trip plans. When you build a trip, the following data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing:
- Your home base address and coordinates
- Trip dates, daily schedule window, and maximum drive hours
- Anchor and selected account names, cities, states, and coordinates
- NAICS industry codes for prospect targeting
- Prospect company data retrieved during planning (names, addresses, revenue, employee count, phone numbers, websites, coordinates)
- Your existing account names, locations, and priority levels
AI-generated content is advisory only. Trip plans, route suggestions, prospect recommendations, and time estimates are generated by AI and may contain errors. You must independently verify all company information, addresses, phone numbers, and driving directions before acting on them. FieldPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Anthropic does not use data submitted through the API to train its models. Data is processed for the duration of the API request only. See Anthropic's API Terms.
Third-party services
FieldPilot connects to the following third-party services to operate. Each service processes data under its own terms. You must comply with each provider's terms when using their data through FieldPilot.
- Anthropic (Claude AI). Processes trip planning data including your home base address, account names and locations, prospect data, and NAICS codes to generate trip plans. See API Terms.
- Google Maps Platform (Routes, Places, Geocoding). Receives addresses and coordinates for driving time calculation, place search, and geocoding. See Maps Terms.
- Apollo.io. Company database used for prospect search. Receives search filters (cities, states, industry keywords, employee count ranges) and returns company details for trip planning. See Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar. Read and write access to calendar events via OAuth. Used to detect schedule gaps and optionally create events for planned stops.
- Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Same purpose as Google Calendar, via Microsoft Graph API.
- ICS calendar links. Read-only import from calendar URLs you provide. Fetched from an allowlisted set of calendar hosts over HTTPS only.
- Salesforce CRM. Read access to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Activities, and Opportunities using your Salesforce credentials via OAuth. Data is scoped to your personal Salesforce permissions. Write-back is not enabled in the current version.
- Stripe. Processes payments and manages subscriptions. FieldPilot does not store your payment card details. See Privacy Policy.
- Supabase. Authentication, database hosting, and row-level security. See Privacy Policy.
- Mapbox and TomTom. Reverse geocoding and nearby point-of-interest search using coordinates.
- OpenStreetMap (Overpass API). Public facility and territory boundary data. No authentication required.
- Vercel. Application hosting, performance analytics, and speed insights. See Privacy Policy.
- Resend. Transactional email delivery for invitations and notifications.
- Google Analytics. Anonymized usage analytics and conversion tracking.
If a provider restricts or revokes access, FieldPilot will degrade the affected features and notify you of what capability was lost.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you create or join an organization, your manager may view aggregated activity data, target assignments, and team coverage within that organization. Organization admins may invite or remove members.

- You must verify prospect information, addresses, and phone numbers before visiting.
- You are responsible for safe driving and compliance with all traffic laws.
- AI-generated trip plans and time estimates are advisory — use your own judgment.

- Do not upload data you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access to any system.
- Do not interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it, or introduce malware.

Payment and billing

You may manage your plan, update payment methods, or cancel via the billing portal in Settings. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a pilot agreement or order form.
Your data
You own the data you connect or upload. FieldPilot uses it to operate the service for you. When you disconnect an integration, the associated data is archived. You can request full deletion by contacting support. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be used to improve recommendations across the platform. No personally identifiable information or organization-specific data is shared between customers.
