NexStride LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and NexStride LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company that operates FieldPilot. By creating an account, paying for the service, or using FieldPilot in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use FieldPilot.
The short version
- FieldPilot helps you plan and run B2B field sales trips. It is a tool, not a guarantee of revenue.
- Most features are powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude). AI output can be wrong — verify before acting on it.
- You connect your own calendar, CRM, and email accounts. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
- You own your data. You can export or delete it.
- Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We limit our liability and disclaim warranties to the maximum extent the law allows.
- Disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, not in court and not as a class action — unless you opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. See the arbitration section below.
- These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.
What FieldPilot does
FieldPilot is a trip-planning and field-sales operating system for B2B sales professionals. It plans multi-day trips, surfaces prospects in your territory, chats with you about your accounts, captures notes after each visit, writes those notes back to your CRM, and reports weekly insights. You are responsible for how you act on what FieldPilot tells you and for verifying anything before you rely on it. FieldPilot does not guarantee revenue, closed deals, route accuracy, or any specific business outcome.
AI features
Most of what FieldPilot does is powered by Anthropic's Claude models. AI is used to plan trips, run the in-app chat, extract structured outcomes from your post-visit notes, generate morning briefings and pre-visit prep, surface mid-trip recovery options when something cancels, discover prospects (including by reading public web pages on your behalf), summarize your company website during onboarding, parse your industry and territory descriptions, and generate weekly insights.
When you use these features, the data needed for the request — for example your home base, accounts, NAICS codes, calendar context, recent visits, or chat history — is sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models. See Anthropic's API Terms. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what data goes where.
AI output is advisory, not authoritative. Itineraries, drive-time estimates, prospect recommendations, structured visit outcomes, briefings, and insights can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You must independently verify addresses, phone numbers, contact details, drive times, and any AI-generated statement before you rely on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You agree not to treat AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
Third-party services
FieldPilot connects to the following third-party services to operate. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms when you use their data through FieldPilot.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers planning, chat, capture, discovery, briefings, and insights. See API Terms.
- Google Maps Platform (Routes, Places, Geocoding) — drive times, place search, address geocoding. See Maps Terms.
- Salesforce CRM — read access to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Activities, and Opportunities via your OAuth credentials. We write a Task back to Salesforce after each visit you log in FieldPilot.
- HubSpot CRM — read access to Companies, Contacts, Deals, and Engagements via your OAuth credentials. We write a Meeting engagement back to HubSpot after each visit you log in FieldPilot.
- Google Calendar — read and write access via OAuth, used to detect schedule gaps and to create events for planned stops when you ask.
- Microsoft Outlook Calendar — same purpose as Google Calendar, via Microsoft Graph API.
- ICS calendar links — read-only import from calendar URLs you provide. We restrict imports to an allowlist of hosts and only fetch over HTTPS.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. We never see or store your card details. See Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — authentication, database hosting, row-level security, and encrypted storage of OAuth tokens. See Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — application hosting and performance monitoring. See Privacy Policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic links, invitations, receipts, notifications).
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics and conversion tracking on landing and signup pages.
If a provider restricts or revokes access, the affected features will degrade and we will tell you what capability was lost.
Eligibility and electronic acceptance
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use FieldPilot. If you are using the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. You agree that clicking "sign up," creating an account, entering payment information, or using the service constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state electronic-transactions laws.
Early-access and beta features
FieldPilot is a new product. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and some capabilities may be labeled "beta," "early access," or "experimental." Those features are provided on an as-is basis with no service levels or uptime commitments, may be unstable or produce incorrect results, and may be discontinued without notice. You use them at your own risk.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate them into the service without any obligation or compensation to you. You won't send us any feedback that is confidential or that you don't have the right to share.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login or invite tokens. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you create or join an organization, the organization's administrators and managers can see your activity inside FieldPilot — your active trip, recent visits, captures from the last seven days, and pipeline values for accounts assigned to you. Managers can also set a team-wide focus that influences trip suggestions. Managers cannot read your private chat with Marshall. Organization admins can invite, remove, or impersonate members for support purposes (every impersonation is logged).
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, connect, or capture.
- You must verify prospect information, addresses, phone numbers, and contact details before acting on them.
- You are responsible for safe driving and for following all traffic and motor-vehicle laws. Do not use FieldPilot while driving.
- AI-generated trip plans, time estimates, briefings, and insights are advisory. Use your own judgment.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, connect, or share any data you put into FieldPilot — including CRM and calendar data that may belong to your employer or to third parties.
- If you sell to or visit regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government), you are responsible for complying with the applicable rules.
Acceptable use
- Use FieldPilot only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not upload data you don't have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to access another user's data or any system you are not authorized to access.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, copy, or build a competing service from FieldPilot.
- Do not interfere with the service or introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or abusive automation.
- Do not use FieldPilot to send unsolicited bulk communications or to harass anyone.
- Do not share account credentials or invite tokens with unauthorized parties.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this section.
Payment and billing
Fees, billing cadence, trial length, and any promotional pricing are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can manage your plan, update your payment method, or cancel from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining time.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Promotional pricing (for example, founder seats or first-month discounts) is honored as described at checkout and applies only while you maintain an active subscription. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable time, we may suspend access.
Free trip and free trial
You can try FieldPilot in two ways. The free trip is a one-time sample trip plan generated from your email, home base, and target industry — no account or payment required. The free trial gives you full access for a limited period after you create an account. Both are limited to one per email address. Both rely on the same AI features described above and are subject to the same disclaimers.
Your data
You own the data you connect, upload, or capture in FieldPilot (your "User Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your User Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you and your organization, and to perform the AI processing described above. We do not sell your User Data and we do not share it with other customers.
When you disconnect an integration, related records are archived. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve the product (for example, tuning planner defaults). No personally identifiable information or organization-specific records are shared between customers.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any defect will be corrected, or that the results obtained from using the service (including AI-generated content) will be accurate or reliable. Information about third-party companies, contacts, or facilities is provided without independent verification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexStride LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of FieldPilot — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NexStride LLC from and against any third-party claim, loss, liability, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your User Data, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. We will give you prompt notice of the claim and reasonable cooperation in the defense.
Termination
You can stop using FieldPilot and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails and isn't resolved, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your data is retained for a reasonable period per our retention policy and then deleted unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Pre-suit notice and informal resolution
Before filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, you agree to first send us a written notice of the dispute at jide@getfieldpilot.com describing the claim and the relief you want, and to give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve it informally. We'll do the same if we have a claim against you. This step is a prerequisite to any formal proceeding.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Except for the carve-outs below, you and NexStride LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service (including its formation, breach, termination, validity, or enforceability, and whether sounding in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, for business customers, its Commercial Arbitration Rules), seated in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina or via remote hearing. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Class-action waiver. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. Claims must be brought individually. The arbitrator has no authority to hear class or representative claims. If a court decides this waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court under the Governing law section below; the rest of the claims will still be arbitrated.
Carve-outs. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access to the service, and (c) participate in any government enforcement action.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing jide@getfieldpilot.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, and including your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Time limit on claims
Any claim you have against us arising out of or related to these Terms or the service must be filed (whether in arbitration or court, as applicable) within one (1) year of when the claim first arose. After that, the claim is permanently barred.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (including the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Charlotte Division), and you and we both consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control — including network outages at our hosting or sub-processors, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, or power, internet, or telecommunications failures.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
