Agreement

These Terms govern your use of FieldPilot, a product of NEXSTRIDE LLC (“we”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

FieldPilot provides scheduling/execution assistance based on the data you connect or upload. You are responsible for how you use suggestions and for verifying accuracy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities under your account.

Payment

Fees, billing cadence, and pilot terms will be described at purchase or in an order form/pilot agreement. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Don’t interfere with the service or introduce malware.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., Google/Microsoft).

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes, increased revenue, or availability without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXSTRIDE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
