FieldPilot is a suggestion engine for field sales teams. It connects to your CRM, calendar, and target accounts, then suggests who your reps should see next — based on your strategy, pipeline data, and what the day actually looks like. Managers set priorities. Reps get better information. They still decide.
Your reps make dozens of decisions a day. Who to see next shouldn't be a gut call — it should be informed by strategy, data, and context. FieldPilot makes sure it is.
2:00 meeting canceled. You have 90 minutes before your 2:30 in Uptown. Here's who Suggest says to see ranked by your strategy, pipeline, and fit:
Open
Ranked stops
Strategy + data + context
Demo view. Real suggestions come from your CRM, calendar, and target accounts.
Target lists that actually get worked
Export your priority accounts once. FieldPilot surfaces them by location and time - so they stop sitting in a spreadsheet.
Prospecting built in
Finds nearby businesses your reps haven't visited, especially industrial and warehouse locations that don't show up in typical searches.
Gets smarter over time
When reps mark a stop as useful or a dead end, FieldPilot adjusts. Suggest improves the more your team uses it.
Connects to your CRM
Your accounts show up on the map and get ranked alongside prospects FieldPilot finds for you. No more managing two lists or exporting CSVs to keep things current.
$3,000
for a 30-day team pilot · up to 10 reps
Then $1,250/mo for 5 reps · $175 per additional rep
For managers
Set the priorities. See what's getting touched.
You tell FieldPilot what matters this week. It makes sure the open windows point at the right accounts - and shows you what happened without you having to ask.
Weekly priorities you control
More prospecting? Focus on follow-ups? Hit a specific territory? Adjust the mix and the suggestions shift to match.
Your target accounts, surfaced at the right time
Export your top accounts once. They show up as suggestions when a rep is nearby with time. Your CRM stays the system of record - FieldPilot just makes the list actionable.
Coverage and gaps - not GPS tracking
See which accounts are getting touched, which priorities are being worked, and where coverage is thin. You don't see routes or locations - just outcomes.

How it works
One engine. Three moments.
Suggest is the engine behind FieldPilot. It serves three moments in a rep's day — each one a chance to point effort at the right account.
01
When the day changes
A meeting cancels. A call ends early. A gap opens. Suggest surfaces the highest-value stop that fits the window — based on pipeline, proximity, and your priorities. Not a list of options. One clear suggestion.
02
When there's time to make a move
Your rep is between stops with 45 minutes. Instead of guessing or driving to whoever's top of mind, Suggest shows them who matters most right now — an open opportunity going stale, a high-priority account nearby, a prospect they've never touched.
03
When building the week ahead
Before the week starts, reps can see which accounts Suggest would prioritize based on current pipeline, coverage gaps, and manager priorities. Plan the week around what matters, not what's familiar.
Suggestions that fit the window
A 30-minute gap gets a different suggestion than a 90-minute one. FieldPilot matches the opportunity to the time available.
Who it's for
Built for teams that sell in the field.
If your reps drive to accounts and the day never goes exactly as planned, FieldPilot fits.
Deep solution
Industrial and Warehouse
Warehouses and DCs don't show up on Google Maps. FieldPilot finds them and puts them in front of your reps.
Parts reps, fleet sales, service advisors covering shops and dealerships across a territory.
Dental and Medical Device
Reps calling on practices across a metro. Every canceled appointment is a chance to drop in next door.
Distribution and Logistics
Territory reps covering wide geographies where the day changes constantly.
The math
What's one extra stop per rep, per day worth to you?
Most field reps have 3–5 gaps per week where they could make a stop but don't. They don't know what's nearby, or they don't have a plan. Filling even half of those adds up fast.
2–3
Extra stops per rep, per week
Without extending the workday. Just using gaps that already exist.
120+
New touches per rep, per year
That's 120 conversations that weren't happening before.
$0
Extra windshield time
Stops are on the way, not out of the way. Same hours, more output.

Common questions
The stuff managers actually ask.
How is this different from Salesforce Maps or Badger Maps?
Those are great tools for planning routes and visualizing territories. FieldPilot solves a different problem — it’s not about optimizing the drive, it’s about choosing the right stop. Route tools help your reps get from A to B faster. FieldPilot helps them decide whether B is the right place to go in the first place. Suggest looks at open deals, activity recency, manager priorities, and prospects your CRM doesn’t know about — then surfaces the highest-value stop for the time your rep actually has. It works alongside your mapping tool, not instead of it.
Do my reps have to enter data twice?
No. Your CRM stays the system of record. FieldPilot reads your reps’ calendars and your target list - that’s it. Reps don’t log anything extra unless they want to mark a stop as productive or a dead end (one tap).
Are you tracking my reps?
No GPS tracking. FieldPilot uses calendar events and the rep’s general area to make suggestions. Managers see coverage patterns and which accounts are getting touched - not routes, not locations, not mileage.
What data do you store?
Calendar blocks (just times and titles), your target list (synced from your CRM or uploaded via CSV), and any stop outcomes reps choose to record. We don’t store email content or anything beyond what’s needed to make suggestions.
What if the suggestions are wrong?
They’ll get better. When reps mark stops as useful or not, FieldPilot adjusts. The first week is calibration. By week two, the suggestions start reflecting what actually works for your team.
How does FieldPilot work with my CRM?
Connect your CRM and your accounts sync into FieldPilot automatically. Suggest uses your deal history, activity recency, and open pipeline to rank every account — then scores them alongside new prospects FieldPilot finds on its own. Same engine, same list, best candidate wins. No CSV exports, no managing two systems. Your CRM stays the system of record.
What happens after the pilot?
You’ll get an impact summary showing stops made, coverage changes, and which priorities got worked. If the numbers make sense, you move to a monthly plan - and the pilot fee applies toward your first year. If it doesn’t work, you’re done.
Your reps have the time. Point it at the right accounts.
Start a 30-day pilot with your team. We'll set everything up, check in weekly, and show you the results.
